Cate worked with us before her world travel and has been working with us since her return to the U.S. She is able to effectively manage our large family, ranging from toddler to teen, and goes above and beyond what we ask of her. She takes initiative, has sound judgment, and follows detailed instructions to a tee. Cate actively engages our children in all kinds of adventures: baking, outdoor exploring, cooking, reading, music, drawing, writing, playdough creations, and more! She is also a ready mentor for our older children, imparting wisdom and perspective that stems from a perceptive young woman who has seen the world first hand.
