About Catherine

I work in a therapeutic special education classroom at a public elementary school. I love my job but am looking for additional opportunities after the school day and/ or on weekends This is my third year working with lower elementary students, with emotional disabilities, but have been working with children of all ages in childcare for over 12 years. I grew up babysitting, was a counselor and lifeguard at a sleep away camp in late high school and early college summers. I majored in elementary education . During college I nannied a local family and provided one on one teaching during the pandemic. I have my own car for transportation and a clean driving record. I am mostly looking for evening childcare opportunities, whether recurring regularly, for occasional nights out or one time jobs. Comfortable with children of all ages and can easily adapt to and implement house routines, rules, and expectations based on parents wants.
