As the daughter of two elementary school teachers, I grew up as the go-to neighborhood babysitter. While in school, I worked as a summer nanny for a family with a 6yo & 8yo. Post-grad, I spent a year as a nanny for a family with a 3yo & 1yo twins. Before I moved to the area last year, I helped with and watched my nephew nearly daily when he was between 5-18mo old. I work odd shifts for a local family, having watched their son since he was 6mo, now almost 16mo. I aim to keep kids active and entertained, molding activities based on the interests and age of the child, along with any specific input or guidelines from parents. I am accustomed to the range of responsibilities tied to childcare and family routines.
