I'd describe my personality as caring, compassionate, loving I like caring for people with special needs because I have two with Special needs. I know very well the challenges and how much support is required. I'm looking for a job that allows me to bring my true self to it. One where I am able to contribute and provide help. I started caring for people with special needs when I had children 16 years ago. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and our dogs, reading and crafting. One thing you should know about me is I'm tenacious, non-judgmental and try to always lead with positive regard. My skills include realizing every child is different and there is no "normal", sometimes you have to keep trying to find what works for each child. I'm loving and want what is best for every child.
