I'd describe my personality as compassionate, creative, and determined. I can empathize with the emotions and experiences of others as if they were my own. This helps me create deeper and meaningful connections with the people around me. I enjoy including creativity into my daily life. I grew up drawing, painting, and crafting and I still do to this day! I like to be resourceful and I enjoy sharing my many ideas. As someone who is very self driven, I am determined to always be the best at what I do. I strive to support teamwork and I prioritize positive youth development in a caring environment. My experience with special needs began when I started working as a Registered Behavior Technician for children with Autism. I have over 3 years of experience. I will ask plenty of questions and I communicate openly. As a sitter, I will utilize my creativity, compassion, and knowledge of youth development and behavior intervention to provide the most rewarding experience for your children!
