I'm a recent college graduate with several years of experience in educational programs for ages 5-10, including work aiding neurodivergent children. I currently work as a TK classroom aide. Earlier this year, I worked as a paraeducator for an Autism program at a middle school. I helped autistic students ages 11-14 as they integrated into general education classes. With neurodivergent children (Autism & ADHD/ADD), I focus on learning and providing individualized accommodations to meet their specific needs. I prioritize listening to them and making them feel safe and respected. I also work to learn their interests to engage with them on topics they care about. Beyond childcare, I am happy to do light cooking, cleaning, tidying, driving, and any homework help that is needed.
