In the two years I’ve know Caty she has truly became part of our family. She began watching our children when we only had one child, C who was 2 months at the time. She she has been a staple at our house ever since, working full time. Until C was 2 years old and our youngest, W was 13 months Of Caty strengths - and there are many - her greatest is her flexibility. She can just as easily entertain C as she can W.she devotes her full attention to each child and gives each child what he individually needs.but don’t mistake her careful attentiviness as an inability to juggle tasks: I’ve seen her calming W down while simultaneously feeding C his delicious home made banana pancakes. I could speak volumes about Cati from both a personal and professional level. She is a hardworking, caring and intelligent human being. My son C is well beyond his years in intelligence thanks to Cati’s hardwork. Before C turned two years old, she taught him his ABC’s, how to count to 20, to say “please”, “thank you” and “excuse me” and he was speaking in 5-6 words sentences. Not only will your children greatly benefit from having her in their lives, you will benefit as well.She has guided me through motherhood and was a invaluable addition to our lives.She conducts herself professionally and is able to connect with children of all ages. She truly treats them as if they were her own and shares such a special bond with each of them individually. She also helped with light cleaning. She would also take the boys to the park, and drive them to activities like to the library for story time and I love it because my children socialize with other children.In the two years she worked for us, she was never lat, rarely took a sick day and always showed up with smile on her face. We so saddened to be losing Cati as she is irreplaceable! I sincerely hope that you are quick to give her a position ñ, as her warmth, attentive care and inviting personality will be sure to endear her to you.
