I have experience in the field of care in general. Mostly with little ones with special needs, but I do also have experience with adults as I helped assist an adult/senior with special needs for almost 2 years. I always consider it that the most important thing to carry with you as a caregiver is compassion. Especially to be able to love those you care for and see them as your own family. It helps you connect better and give much better quality care. We are all here depending on others and we all desire to feel safe and well taken care of and that is the most valuable thing I consider when regarding to my work. I myself am a mother and always think that I will treat people and care for them the way I would want someone to treat and care for my own child or parent. I consider myself a trustworthy person and highly value doing the right thing and being dependable.
