Hello my name is Cassiopia . I am currently a Registered Veterinary Technician for Banfield Pet Hospital. My RVT license which can be found on the California veterinary medical board. I have been in the field for almost 6 years. I started in the field at Romie Lane Pet hospital in 2015. My days at work consist of being a surgery nurse. I am responsible for surgery patients, intubating, inducing anesthesia, monitoring, collecting samples such as blood/ urine, prepping surgery sites, performing dental prophylaxis, recovering patients. You may be asking yourself why am I considering this position. Although I am currently employed, due to the holidays and COVID my scheduled hours have been limited. I am now scheduled 3-4 days as opposed to my usual full time schedule . I love being around animals and would enjoy watching your fur baby during my days off. I have a 3-year-old son, 3 4 legged dogs and 1 3 legged cat.
