About Cassie

Hi! I'm Cassie and I'm a therapist (LGPC) seeking a career change where skills and education can be applied. Throughout my undergrad & graduate studies, I nannied for families and loved it. I have a general knowledge of development and extensive experience working with diverse populations and diagnoses including ASD & ADHD. The therapeutic interventions I've learned & implemented allow me to have transferable skills. I look forward to building relationships & stepping back into what I know I love, nannying! I'd describe my personality as welcoming, comfortable, & engaging. I like working with kids because I have found my purpose and passion in cultivating meaningful & personal relationships. As a therapist, you become a trusted individual with professional boundaries that can act as a barrier. While professional boundaries are still crucial as a nanny, you are able to be more of a personal trusted figure that can help, engage, teach, & have fun in a safe and comfortable environment.
