As a caregiver, my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles motivated me to pursue a career in childcare. My passion lies in making a positive impact on children's lives and supporting families by providing reliable childcare. I am patient, calm, and friendly, which creates a nurturing environment for children. When it comes to communication, I believe in open and transparent dialogue with parents. I provide verbal updates at pickup and follow their preferred communication method to ensure they are informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and structured environment for children. My approach is to gently remind children of the rules and redirect their behavior in a positive way. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning and development.
