About Cassie

At a young age I discovered my passion and love for children. I started out babysitting when I was a young teenager. When I became old enough I accepted a job at a Montessori School/Daycare. I was the head teacher for the summer at the Montessori school. During my time spent at The University of Akron I worked in many different elementary schools in the area as a tutor for four years. The last two years spent at The University of Akron I worked specifically with one family as their nanny of three children. I completed my student teaching at Dover Elementary in Westlake, OH. I have a lot of experience working with a diverse group of children. I have worked in many inner city schools while going to school in Akron. During this time I was fortunate enough to have experience with all grade levels from PK-3. Also, during my student teaching experience I was able to have experience with students at a variety of different levels. Currently I am teaching Kindergarten and love every moment!
