About Cassidy

I've always had a fondness for children, which is why I decided to become a childcare provider. I have three years of experience caring for children of various ages. I've babysat for families with children as young as one to as old as 12. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, which I believe helps me connect with the children I care for. I believe in a child-centered approach to caregiving, where I follow the lead of the children I care for and their parents' wishes. I'm comfortable with enforcing household rules but would always follow the parents' lead. I'm always willing to play any imaginative game the children come up with. I'm also a skilled swimmer and would love to teach your children how to swim if they're interested! I communicate with parents about their child's day at pick-up time, but I'm also happy to follow their preferred communication method. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
