About Cassidy

Hi! My name is Cassidy. I'm an experienced care giver, who was a professional nanny and preschool teacher prior to beginning my career as a full-time secondary school teacher! I'm currently looking for weekend babysitting and providing care over the summer. I've worked with children from 3 months to 18 years old. I have experience with children with physical and intellectual disabilities as well as gifted children. I have been a full-time public school teacher for six years now. Before that, I worked 1 year as a teacher's assistant at an elementary school while also nannying for multiple families (ages 3, 4, 9, 11, 12). I've also worked as a teacher's aid at a preschool near USF while I was finishing my undergraduate degree. I recently graduated from USF with my masters degree. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, silly, loving I like working with kids because they are way more fun than most adults! In my spare time, I love to read and practice the piano.
