I have many years of childcare experience. I took child care all four years of high school and completed the childcare program. I have worked with infants, toddlers, preschool and elementary school age children. I currently work at a daycare as a teachers assistant. I have volunteered and two different daycare centers throughout my high school career. I have babysat for many different families starting at age 14. I am CPR and first aid certified. Throughout my experiences I have solved problems, planned lessons and helped with all the children's needs in every age. I love working with children and helping them learn and watching them grow. I have my Child Development Associates degree (CDA). I have many references and a great amount of experience. My future plans are to go to College for early child hood education and business and open my own daycare one day.

I was Cassaundra's teacher for Childcare and Early Childhood Education and Child Development from September 2012-June 2014, when Cassaundra completed the program. She was an exemplary student, both in the high school classroom and in the daycare setting. Cassaundra is extremely conscientious in her work, and does a wonderful job working hands on with children. She has a thorough understanding of how to plan and implement activities with children, what is developmentally appropriate, and how to facilitate positive relationships with children and families. She is an excellent caregiver!
