About Cassandra

Hello, My name is Cassandra W. I have 37 years experience, starting out in a nursing home at the age of 17. I continued on with nursing in 1988 doing in home care. In 2013 I attending Emerg to become an EMT. In the process of becoming an EMT I became a a firefighter for Cockrell Hill. Health and medical had always been a passion for me. I'm currently caring for my mom as well at the age of 74. I'm currently 54 years old with a 9-year-old son. I reside in Desoto Texas, but was born in Dallas Texas. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, happy, and loving. I love caring for seniors because I have an old soul. I love engaging with them, and I look forward to hearing their lifelong stories. I started working in the nursing homes at the age of 17. In my spare time, I love to spend that time with my family! My skills include Feeder Tubes, Dementia, incontinent care, transfers with/without hoyer lifts, medication pass, simple meal preps, CPR, showers/ bed baths, wound care.
