I have tutored my peers and younger children since middle school. I am an online-only tutor but I am open to negotiating an in-person rate for special circumstances. My hourly rate depends on the student's needs, the time needed to prepare a lesson plan, and the distance to be traveled if applicable. I grew up in Miami, Florida and I was an outstanding student attending a top private school. I tested in the top 10 percent for my SSAT, PSAT, and college boards. I excel at explaining things in clear language that helps people to understand the material well, a skill I have honed in recent years as a SCUBA instructor and English tutor. I am fun, energetic, and I work extremely well with children. My favorite dinosaur is a deinonychus, and my favorite superhero is Spider-Man.
