About Cassandra

Hi! I have worked with children in so many wonderful settings. From 2 years as a horse wrangler and teacher at summer camp, nannying for multiple families over the years, tutoring in English Literature, in-town day camps, and volunteering at a special-needs equine therapy center, I have learned so much about relating to children and engaging them in ways that spark imagination. My favorite thing to do together is simply play outside in whatever form they find joy. I am a fair and logical person, and I tend to govern with a reasonable and uplifting mentality. When all is fine and dandy, we'll have a great time, and when little ones' moods shift to cranky places (as is to be expected at times) I guide them through emotional processing skills with as much patience as is necessary.
