I also worked in a daycare as an Assistant & Head Toddler Teacher. I change/ help with potty training, make food/formula bottles and feed them, put them down for naps, keep them entertained with play, music, and reading, give them vitamins/ medications when needed, and go out for walks when it is nice out.
