From the time I was a child, I was responsible for walking, feeding, and obedience training our family dogs. Additionally, we intermittently owned rabbits, turkeys, parakeets, and horses that I shared responsibility for. I was raised doing 4-H and going to fair, so I have a lot of experience with animals. In high school, I began to care for neighbors' animals while they were away. I have cared for dogs, cats, and horses, and continued to take care of friends' pets in college.
