About Casey

Throughout my journey in the health sciences, I've developed a strong foundation in biology, anatomy, and overall health care, which has fueled my passion for understanding how the body works and how to keep it healthy. From my certification as an EMT, I've gained hands-on experience in emergency medical care, where I've applied my knowledge of biology in real-world situations. I've also spent a lot of time studying health sciences in order to better understand the complex interactions that keep us thriving, both physically and mentally. This allows me to approach both health and wellness from an informed perspective, whether I'm taking care of my family, offering pet sitting services, or advising others on healthy habits. I love using my knowledge to help people (and animals) live better, healthier lives, and I'm always eager to keep learning and expanding my understanding of biology and health science.
