Casey was a dream. Started off by being punctual, which always helps set the tone. She was very patient and observant while we transitioned out, so she could take the lead (it's a process and we probably overdue it a bit rather than ripping the band aid). She was so engaging with our toddler with such a natural ability to respect the toddlers need to explore while ensuring she was safe at all times. to top it off our girl was under the weather and was crankier than usual. Casey took it in stride and still produced so many giggles and established trust with our little one. Hire her!
