Hello & thank you for visiting my profile! My child care experience stretches over a span of 30 years which includes: Babysitting, raising three children, a daughter now age 32 and twin boys, age 23, a Para-Professional for grades 1-12 Pre-K Teaching including Curriculum Devel., Site Dir. for Before & After School Program, Art Instructor, Volunteer for The B&G Club, Dunga Orphanage Project, Peaceful Valley Comm Ctr & public schools. I believe in the fundamental importance of providing the two most vital elements for all children: Unconditional love, outstanding emotional & physical safety. I also believe that the need for independence is equally important which I felt is done through creating opportunities where one learns to be capable, accountable & responsible. I believe in the "model what you expect" concept which will provide them the most important example of how to reach their goals.
