Casandra has been amazing to work with. Our animals love her and she really loves them - including our persnickety parrot! We found her on care.com when we were in a real bind as our sitter had to cancel after we had already left for our trip. Casandra stepped in and literally saved the day. She carefully went over and clarified all instructions and did everything wonderfully, with very clear communication the whole time. After that initial visit, she had everything well in hand and we could finally relax! She's cared for our pets several times since and I won't go with anyone else. We're extremely lucky to have found her. If you have ex [ otic animals (birds) or animals with special needs, Casandra is the best. We have both and she takes amazing care of them. Her background as a vet tech has prepared her for pretty much anything. My partner's opinion goes a level deeper, as they had been on the clinical side of veterinary medicine for about twenty years. They know a good vet tech when they see one, and working with Casandra has provided them with a peace of mind they haven't always had with others who have pet sat for us. Across the board, we cannot recommend her highly enough!
