Cassandra was wonderful. She was communicative since the booking was confirmed, arrived right on time, eased into getting to know the kids, was thoughtful, gentle, followed the children’s queues and was just overall so great. The kids took to her quickly and loved playing with and spending time with her. She asked all the right questions to familiarize herself with the kids and their usual ritual. We would work with Cassandra again in a heartbeat.
