About Casandra

I'd describe my personality as friendly, ambitious, and creative. I like working with kids because I want to have a positive impact on the lives of children, build relationships with children, and not only have the opportunity to learn and grow in myself but have the opportunity to watch the children learn and grow too. Although I started working with kids when I was around the age of 11 by babysitting my neighbors kids; I became serious about working with children in high school and knew I wanted to make a career out of it. In my spare time, I like to read and spend time with my family and friends. One thing you should know about me is that I've grown up around kids because of many people in my life working in the childcare field. My skills include patience, communication, and problem solving.
