Hi! My name is Caryne (pronounced Karen)! I'm 23 years old and a 4th year PhD Candidate of History at Boston University. For undergrad I also went to BU and received my BA with honors (Magna cum laude) in History. I've been a Teaching Fellow at BU for three years now, and I assist students with content based questions and questions regarding assignments. I give them feedback that propel them to succeed, and I strive to make History accessible to everyone. For my efforts in the position I received the Gitner Award for Best Teaching Fellow. I also have experience working with ESL students. I am equipped to tutor K-8 Math, Science, and K-12 History. I hope to work with you to make your young student succeed in their studies!
