I have interned for a short period with an autistic agency where I was exposed to a wide range of children with many different abilities. I have also been a personal babysitter for a family with two autistic children and worked directly with one child in home with autism and a seizure disorder. I have in addition worked with a diabetic child and a child who had ADHD and was dyslexic. I went to school for social work because I have a passion for helping others. I love seeing the strengths in people and helping them to reach their full potential.
