About Carson

I'd describe my personality as fun, ambitious, and patient. I like working with kids because of the lessons I learn from them. Through their own imagination and creativity, it broadens the lens in which I view the world with the potential and opportunities it holds. I love getting to understand the mind of each child and want to encourage their passions as mine were. Being a helpful hand is so fulfilling and I hope to make a positive impact on the kids and their families. I started working with kids when I was 14 In my spare time, I like to go thrifting either by myself or with friends. Family time is often spent going to the movies or playing board games. I have recently fallen back in love with reading and enjoy a book out by the pool. My skills include listening to a child's needs and being empathetic to their concerns, cleaning up after play and meals, and making a child feel important.
