About Carson

Hi, my name is Carson, but I also go by CJ. I'm 26 with a background in the culinary industry. I was a head chef and am transitioning out of that work and into another where I want to keep making people smile. I'm a caregiver by heart, an older brother to seven siblings, a father (to those even 50+), and an uncle to many I've met in my industry. I have many hobbies; cooking being a big one, but I also fill my time with reading, writing, and music. I am new on paper to the caregiving world, but my entire life, I've been just that. For my siblings, for my platoon while I served in the Army, and for my time leading the kitchen as a chef. Putting a smile on people's faces and finding common ground is what makes my world.
