I am a semi retired attorney and father to two lovely grown up daughters and (formerly) a couple of Jack Russell's. I have taught college writing and the art of improvisation. I like tutoring because it allows for very useful transfer of skills and knowledge through practice and conversation. It gives me the opportunity to focus on what is needed by the student. It also allows the student to get useful practice at using techniques and new information. It is a fun way to spend time, transferring knowledge, and skills. I'm looking for a job that it's on a solid schedule during the week and allows me to earn some extra spending money. I like interacting with people, and therefore being a teacher or a tutor is always a fun occasion for me. One thing you should know about me is that I am extraordinarily honest and forthright. I'm also very punctual and I really like to have my clients students and other people appreciate what I do for them.
