About Carrie

Hi there! With four years of tutoring/teaching experience under my belt, I'm comfortable teaching students of all ages in any standard school subject (math, English, the sciences, foreign language: Spanish &/or Mandarin, history/social studies etc.) as well as assisting in test preparation &/or the college application process. I find it to be of the utmost importance to form a relationship of mutual trust and respect between tutor and tutoree, in order to facilitate communication and allow the student to get the most out of these sessions. Therefore, I will always go the extra mile to ensure that I am customizing and adapting lesson plans, according to their unique needs and target areas.
