About Carrie

Hello! My name is Carrie and I am interested in offering Senior Care services in the Philadelphia metro area. I have been a Professional Nanny for over 18 years and have discerned a career change. While I have no paid experience working with seniors, I do have life experience. I helped care for my mother-in-law for seven years. I have several loved ones and friends in their over the age of 70. I find it very easy to relate to seniors, and believe many of the skills I developed through my work with children can apply to senior care. One needs to be patient, respectful, understanding, and a good listener. Transparency through communication is key. Finally seeking to enhance the quality of daily life through various activities of interest is very important. I would be most happy to provide companionship and care to a senior in need.
