About Carrie

I have worked with the elderly in many situations. I worked in senior care from 2006 to 2008 and found this position extremely enjoyable and rewarding, working with elderly in and around my community, helping them with meals and companionship and also supervision in terms of safety or falls, etc. I work now at a Behavioral Health Crisis Response as a social worker. I have had the opportunity to work with many elderly people suffering from Mental illness, getting them the help they need. I find this work rewarding everyday. I also worked with the elderly population in San Francisco, my last year of college (undergrad in 2001). I worked in a homeless shelter finding temporary and permanent housing for those in need. I would love to help out in any way I can.
