Throughout my whole life my nana lived in nursing homes and rest homes. She struggled with dementia, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. I am used to caring for a senior with mental disabilities. My mother (RN Nurse) and I would visit her on weekends to provide companionship and general care. I do not have formal experience in senior care, but have familial experience.
