About Carrie

I have an innate love for children and find joy in contributing to the life of a child. I was a full-time professional nanny before having my own. I'm currently enrolled in the Master of Social Work program, and my classes are in the evenings. When finished with the program, I hope to be a pediatric therapist. I'm particularly interested in a part-time position, 10-20 or so hours a week, and mostly Monday-Friday, but I am open to occasional weekends. I have experience in dealing with children of varying ability levels. Through the years, I've cared for as few as 1 child and as many as 6. I prefer to work with preschool to school age children. While I am comfortable around pets, I am allergic to cats, so I'd like to avoid those if possible.
