About Carrie

Hi I'm Carrie. I grew up in Lexington, MO and recently returned to the area. I've raised 2 grown sons and have been an empty nester for over 2 years now. I've got 8 years of experience as a professional nanny and over 3 years of caregiving experience. Professionally, I've worked with survivors of complex PTSD and trauma for over 5 years, and I'm a Breathwork Facilitator. I'm looking to slow things down a bit and get back to caregiving and helping others in a less intense way. I enjoy helping people and pets of all ages and love infant care. If you need a home or pet sitter, please also keep me in mind. I'm CPR certified, fingerprinted, don't drink or smoke and have no problem passing a background check.
