Carrie was great when it came to interviewing and sharing information. She was quick to offer references as well as her background check. We did not book her for babysitting as we ended up having family help us for the time being but if we hadn't had the family help, we would've booked her. She seems very loving and wanting to care for babies as if they were hers.
