I have a Master's degree in early childhood education; curriculum and instruction. I started as a live in nanny at the age of 18 while attending John Carroll University. I transferred to The University of Scranton where I earned my BS in ECE. From there I taught preschool before moving to NM to teach on the Navajo Reservation. Besides teaching I have been a public school teacher, a registered trainer, a head start center supervior and board member for Head Start. Why do I want to be a nanny now? I want to focus my love and energy on one or two children. I want to help a family raise their child/ren. I am also looking for long term.
