I have worked with developmentally challenged children and teens in school and home settings. My experience ranges from one on one aide work, to supervising specialized cases, and to creating transition services, behavior support plans, daily life skills, parent support, and vocational/job development as a Workability Supervisor with a big company in a school setting. I have had over 15 plus years in this field and I have been touched by many awesome children, teens, and families.
