About Carolyn

I have a diverse background and experience with many different ages and enjoy working with every child. Some background on me: I come from a large, homeschooling family. I have been babysitting and tutoring from the age of 13yrs, and I have cultivated a wide range of practical, and creative problem solving skills. I became a live-in nanny and tutor for two boys, age 13 and 10, and a girl, age 9, who needed to be temporarily homeschooled. After that, I took several babysitting, pet sitting, and tutoring jobs and gained important experience and insight. After that, I worked in customer service for 2 years. After finding that was not fulfilling, I went back to childcare, taking a job at the Goddard School as a lead teacher for kids ages 6-24 months. I am now in search of a nanny position with full-time or part-time hours, preferebly in the 6am-4 p.m. range, but I'm flexible! Important: I am not vaccinated for covid, as I don't consider this a prudent health choice for me at this time.
