About Carolyn

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, attentive, and diligent. I like working with animals because most of my life has been focused around caring for animals and I plan on devoting my life to animal welfare and wildlife conservation. I'm looking for a job that allows me to provide personal and animal-specific care for pet parents as an alternative to kennels and boarding facilities. I started working with animals when I was a small child when my mother became the neighborhood foster mom for stray animals. My mom and I would also often house sit and pet sit for neighbors, and I eventually started taking over those jobs around 13 or 14 years old. In my spare time, I like to read, paint, draw, and spend time in nature, especially birding and nature photography. One thing you should know about me is that I will always put 110% effort into any task I take on, especially when it comes to caring for pets and homes. My skills include cuddling, training, and pet enrichment.
