I bring compassion and empathy, understanding and being sensitive to the emotional and physical needs of seniors is essential. Being able to connect with them on a human level creates trust and provides emotional support, making them feel valued and cared for. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, honest and caring. Providing care for older adults can be deeply fulfilling, as it involves offering compassion, support and companionship when they need it the most. I find joy in helping them maintain their dignity and independence while also creating a sense of comfort and security. I started in the dementia care department that has allow me to gain extensive experience in caring for seniors. With a decade of experience caring for seniors, I understand the importance of patience, respect, and individualized care. I take the time to truly understand each person's unique needs, preferences, and personality, ensuring that they receive the best care possible.
