About Carol

Hi- I've been teaching children and adults movement and health & wellness strategies for decades. I am a Mayo certified wellness coach, trained to follow a clients lead as to their goals. I'd describe my personality as outgoing because I thrive on sharing knowledge and listening to others. I like caring for others because it offers a sense of purpose to our lives. I'm looking for a job that offers opportunity to use my creativity and intelligence. I started caring for others as a daughter, a mother, a Waldorf teacher, a ballet teacher, and a wellness coach. In my spare time, I love art, to be outdoors, hiking, camping, gardening, be with friends, solve problems, and cook. One thing you should know about me is I like to have fun and find beauty everywhere. My skills include empathy, organization, and good communication efforts. I also cook well, am knowledgeable about multiple subjects, have studied how the brain works, the physical body, and the human potential movement.
