Carol did a good job when she was here. Unfortunately after a few weeks she was unreliable, did not show up on time ever, canceled an appointment last minute, and then started ignoring and not responding to texts or calls. I also paid her 10 more than her asking rate so this was very disappointing. I also spent time training her etc. and gave her more days to help her make additional money. It is not professional to ignore a clients calls and texts.
