Carol, have been an absolute blessing to our family. She is incredibly patient with my mother, who has dementia, and always go the extra mile to make her feel comfortable. She is very reliable, always arriving on time and following her care plan meticulously. She is also excellent communicator , keeping me updated on any changes in my mother's condition.
