Carol has been taking care of our two girls for about three weeks now. She is wonderful with both the 3.5 year old and the nine month old. Carol keeps the 3.5 year old busy with play doh, coloring, playing hide and seek etc. having great childcare puts both my husband and I at ease when we have to be away from the girls.
