I have been very hesitant to write a review and know there will be a response written likely justifying (or adjusting some facts) but as a parent I would want this information when interviewing. Carol is a sweet lady and my son enjoyed his time with her. I never felt unsafe leaving him with her. That being said, we did have instances that could have led to larger problems. One day she was late, only 4 minutes, but in those 4 minutes my sons bus came. He is in a wheelchair and luckily my husband was home working so he was able to get him off the bus. We did not have a heads up on this. Her scheduled time was 11 despite that some days the bus came at 11:10 and others at 11:00. She was extremely apologetic and we moved on. This past week though she did not show up. I don't believe it was purposeful but none the less it's a big deal. She was not canceled for this day and no changes had been made to this day. When I expressed frustration and canceled the following day to process what had happened, she resigned. I am quite positive a lengthy response will be written and that's okay. Please take these facts and use as needed. I do think she will find a great fit and family. But it just didn't work out for us. Please feel free to reach out if needed. I do not want to keep her from working or finding her a great family but I would recommend having a written schedule between the family and caregiver.
