Carol has been a part of our family for the past year and we are so happy that she is. Carol is a wonderful, kind, caring, and knowledgeable caregiver to our 14 month old daughter and 3 year old son. Carol has a deep understanding of what young children want and need, and is able to create an environment that fosters what they need at each stage of their development. Our 14 month old daughter shrieks with delight and runs to the door for a hug when Carol arrives in the morning. In addition to her wonderful attention to the needs of the little ones, Carol also provides very helpful insights to us as parents. I find that I have a deeper understanding of how to interact with my own kids thanks to Carol's thoughtful input. I hope that we can continue to benefit from Carol's input for a very long time and I am happy to provide a reference for other families that could benefit from her incredible knowledge, compassion, and care.
