About Carol

The childcare I provide is unique and specialized for each family based on their needs. My degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Nursery School Teaching experience and the parent of 3, grandmother to 8 has uniquely qualified me for this role. I have worked with local and vacationing families, providing childcare and parental guidance. I encourage close communication with parents and provide daily written notes. The main focus is the child. I work with them on age appropriate activities; reading, singing, art, building, sensory play, and more, with gentle guidance. I encourage the child's independence. While providing childcare, I can help parents troubleshoot the issues that arise. From sibling rivalry, discipline, feeding, language development, sleep, to whatever the concerns are. My most recent positions have been with newborns to 6 years old.
