Hi! My name is Caroline and I am looking forward to curating your care experience! I have a background in kinesiology (exercise science) and worked as a physical therapy technician for 2+ years. I learned a lot about how to care for the elderly population and how to prevent falls and increase mobility. I am very active and hope to help improve the exercise journey of whoever I care for! I have adequate experience with cooking and cleaning and will have no trouble helping with any errands or appointments. I am a huge baker and my favorite thing to make is chocolate chip cookies! I also have a 94-year-old grandfather whom I help care for periodically, so I understand the needs of someone looking for care! I do not plan to have a car but I am able to drive when needed.
